The care was fine. Didn’t really see the staff until my dad got to the end. The hospice nurses were very good. Unfortunately the experience is stained by an incident. We were told by someone in the office that the cost would be prorated after dad passed. He died on the second of the month. He was moved out by the fifth. We still get billed for the whole month. $[fee removed] for 2 days care. And now they get to put someone else in his room. Disgusting and greedy treatment of people in their time of need. Probably b…

The nurse is thorough. The facility is beautiful. They don't have a cart to help you move in and out that would be an improvement they could make. The room sizes are very large.
