PositiveThought the staff and facilities were great! However it would take over a hour (almost every meal) for the residents to be served. Also there are no options for a low sodium or any other type of diet.

CriticalThe people who actually do the caregiving for residents are great. However when you have to deal with their corporate office be prepared for helpful staff who are all about money. No compassion or grace given after loved ones dies and the spouse can’t manage her affairs. It has taken about 2 months to get affairs in order and they have been paid but bc they kept sending pymt to the acct that had to be closed they continue to charge nsf fees even though I have made sure bill was paid.

Several days later, we waited for 45 minutes for one of the med techs to respond to a lanyard call button. When no one responded, I had to take action myself though I have no medical training. Also, the daily supply requests made by care …
