PositiveMy personal experience
The staff truly cares about the residents, and gently redirect residents when they become confused or agitated. The residents dine in a homey atmosphere within their designated cottages and are served family style. Activities are twice daily and include travelogues, Wheel of Fortune, Bingo, music, and movies. The rooms are private .

We lost money by signing up with Summerfield but then needing to change to a closer facility. They said we signed and we were not refunded thousands of dollars. He never even moved in to the room. I still can't believe it. It was an extremely emotional time and we felt pressure to sign quickly. It may have been in writing, but it still seems highly unethical. They were eager to take my mom's money, but not to give it back. On the positive side, it felt like a clean and pleasant facility, and the staff were frien…

PositiveFrom Tough Decisions to Joyful Living
The facilities are some of the nicest, if not the nicest, in the Inland Empire with daily activities, a salon on premise and room size choices for your budget. They made the decision to move mom into her new home easier in a very time tough time. The facilities are open 24/7 and over a year later, mom has made friends, does numerous activities daily and needs us to schedule time with her so she can work it around her new, active, social life.

What we like the most about the community is that it is clean, no bad odors. Staff all were very friendly and attentive to my mother and any of my concerns. Administrative staff was incredibly supportive and was extremely helpful dealing with issues and my concerns. I thought the food was very good too!
