They do a good job as long as my mother doesn't need anything which the staff feels like is extra. We seriously considered moving her because the staff was complaining about care. The room and dining are great. Staff has treated standard circumstances as alarming. I would expect a facility that deals with memory care patients to be more calm and responsive.

Positive[name removed] was very helpful in asking questions about my husband and his neurological condition. I was impressed with all the outdoor places and gathering spaces. The apartments are a good size with flexibility in arranging furniture. [name removed] spent some time explaining how to make my husband's move easier for the both of us. My visit to Summerfield and time with [name removed] was reassuring for me when the time comes to make the move.

PositiveWe were met by the Community Relations Director and the Executive Director in a sit-down discussion and covered a multitude of topics relating to both the facility and what is being offered towards the care of my spouse. PositiveWe had a delightful experience touring Summerfield of Roseville. Tour guide was a wonderful hostess. She greeted each and every resident by name, introducing them to us as we passed by them. People seemed happy to be there. Some were even helpful. The grounds were peaceful and pleasant. If it were a little closer to home, we would have considered it more sincerely.
