PositiveThe people are wonderful, and the facility is very nice. I would highly recommend. I don't really have issues with them but [name removed] has a difficult dementia, and it's been difficult getting the right meds and such for his care.
Response from the communityWe so appreciate your kind words, and our hearts go out to you as we navigate your loved one's journey together. It is never easy, but we love coming alongside our residents and their families to help them experience joyful moments again.

PositiveI would rate each one of these a 5. Being a 100% memory care facility, they devote all of their energy to the residents care. It shows in all that they do. I most definitely would!!!

PositiveIt's really an excellent place. Unfortunately, they don't do Iv patients. We would absolutely recommend the community to other families based on the experience so far.
Response from the communityThank you for your review and recommendation. It is true our community is not a medical model so treatments are given in a healthcare facility. We hope you will consider our community should the need for memory care in assisted living ever arise.

PositiveEveryone from administration to nurses, to staff members was always friendly, helpful and caring. They got to know Lloyd in the short time he was there and spent time talking and visiting with him. Responses to our requests were quick and thorough. The staff was pro-active and saw ways to improve our dad’s comfort while he was there.
Response from the communityWe are so glad to read of your experience. It was an honor to care for your father and you are always welcome as a member of our community family.
