Positives - wonderful atmosphere, kindness of employees, amenities, let you bring your own furniture and comforts of home. Negatives: 1. Sometime bathing was not frequent enough 2. Not checking on clients regularly 3. Lack of urgency on some medical needs

I am a 100% service disabled veteran, and I find that, even though I have become close friends with some of the staff and residents, there has been a serious caregiver problem. A few of the caregivers here, are definitely not right for this business, in which dealing with residents having severe mental issues, like my dear wife, is why I sought another facility.
