PositiveExperience was good overall. Facility and activities offered were very nice. Staff was very kind and understanding. Apartment was very good. The only negative was my wife needed extra care and it was not voluntarily provided. It was known what she needed but wasn't given attention unless prodded. Once informed most of the time it happened. However, she needed help eating and it was not done well. And one night was not put to bed, spending the night in a recliner. I was never certain she would have her needs met.

CriticalAlthough the people at the facility were nice, I felt as though the place was too crowded. I was told ahead of time that the place was full and no vacancy was available so I did keep an open mind.

PositiveThe move-in experience could have been better, and the transition into the community took some time. Additional support during the initial adjustment period would have been appreciated. There were also some early challenges related to medication management and monitoring, which led to concerns about staff training and communication. However, these issues were addressed, and care has improved since then.

Critical1. 3 2. 5 3. 4 4. 3 - they missed some simple medical concerns regarding dad water retention. Was paying for help with bathing but in 3 weeks only 1 shower they helped with and other he did in his own 5. Was told some untruths with military financial help. Claimed he would qualify but fact is the first question that should be stated is if you have over [Amount Removed] saved you don't qualify. Also his points paid for were not entirely accurate. Just because he has dentures doesn't mean he needs help with them.…

PositiveFacility is nice a little gloomy on the bottom level not a lot of light in there. They seem to have more people that are mobile and speaking. Not sure if the food is any better Prices start at[Amount Removed] per month because they have a rn on duty Not sure unless you are in need of advanced care if it is worth the extra money I was shown through the facility by an office person Not a true tour rooms are very small did not see a lot of nursing staff there to know how many staff per person

PositiveMy mom has been there just over 1 years. She likes it there, has adjusted well. The food is very good. The facility is kept very clean. All the employees are friendly and work hard to take care of the residents. The nurse triage station has been extremely responsive to my mom's hearing problem and helping her with her hearing aids. They were quick to call me when she had 2 falls. The receptionist(s) at the front desk have been helpful with undesirable visitors seeking my out my mom. My mom participates in many of t…
