CriticalIn the beginning everything was fine( Sunabella Memory Care) until the staff was changed. We moved to Sunabella at Savannah Assistant Living. The experience was not the same. That facility changed workers every week and the administration [name removed] was the worst. I had to speak with her several times about the conditions in the residence( mold). I do not recommend this facility. My rate would be a zero

PositiveThis place is absolutely amazing. The staff is so caring . The Executive Director is always out with the residents and helping with the staff. She is always so fast at returning any calls and emails. She is always available when we need her . I am so happy to have my mom here . I’m very pleased with everything .

CriticalGot a call on Sunday morning where at shift change they found my mom sitting in chair with laceration to head that no one was aware of what happened.. another time when she fell and broke her hip it was days before she was taken to hospital for treatment.

PositiveI was there for a short visit this morning during breakfast and the staff was rounding all the tenants up and it was like Hearding cats, but they did a very good job with patience and compassion, and they did not rush anyone. I found them the staff to be very caring and referred to everyone by name and it was a very friendly atmosphere. They managed to hold together.

There were two members of the care staff l would rate a 5. They were extremely attentive to my dad.
