I chose to move into Sundale and I love that it's small privately owned and operate it. The staff the everybody from the owner the nursing staff, the office staff everyone even the maintenance people and the residents are so friendly. it's really like a large family where everyone kind of looks out for everyone else. Getting my mother in law in the facility was super simple and very inviting. Overall id give them a 4. The staff have been amazing, with my mother in law who at times can be unbearable. One thing I have an issue with is not being able to reach the Doctors/PA's who come to Sundale to visit patients. Another thing was that we tried to have my MIL medications distributed by Sundale's med-aids that did not work out due to my MIL refusing for anyone to have her medications in their possession. This facility goes way out for ALL of their residents! They even had an exceptional 71st anniversary party for a couple. They even made a special dinner for them and their family which I thought was so sweet. All of the residents are always happy their and the staff stakes great care of them like they are their family.
