Review for Sunrise of Canyon Crest

Unlike the previous facility, at Sunrise, someone comes to check on [name removed] periodically throughout the day whether he needs or not. And if he calls for help, someone comes almost immediately. Considerably more expensive than the previous facility, but in our case our long-term insurance can still cover the cost fully. Thank goodness. Otherwise, we will not be able to afford to have [name removed] cared for at this facility. The only drawback is, in my opinion, it is a very small facility, and there is no ex…

Overall a good experience.

Overall we have had a good experience with Sunrise. There was a disconnect with the LVNs requested refill on meds directly to me, when the head nurse had them in stock in her office. (happened more than once). Other than that, my dad is receiving good care.

Review for Sunrise of Canyon Crest

Staff are excellent, friendly and caring. Food is good. Clean and welcoming environment. Price is high. Room size and layout is good. Small resident number results in few open spaces to roam but all rooms feed into a common dining and activities area. Well landscaped but limited outside areas to walk. Had a couple of problems getting bills mailed to the correct desk but administrative staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Overall a good experience. The activities are limited by the small resident number.

Sunrise was awesome. They have good help, the rooms are nice and the landscaping is beautiful.

Review for Sunrise of Canyon Crest

My mom was a very picky eater and very particular about everything. Overall, great job by staff. I would absolutely 100 percent recommend them to others. Sunrise gave our family peace of mind knowing Mon was being taken care of and needs provided for 24 hours a day. My mom was able to return home, but if she ever needs assisted living again, Sunrise will be at the top of our list for help!
