Sunrise of Cinco Ranch

My overall feeling about Sunrise of Cinco Ranch is that it is a very warm and welcoming place. And it did not feel institutional like most places do. Everyone I encountered, resident and employee alike, seemed happy and upbeat. The food looked delicious and there was fresh fruit and snacks readily available for the residents. Overall, I was very impressed with the place and all it had to offer.

The facility was very nice and welcoming. I was not able to get any information on availability at the time of my visit or pricing. A couple of days later I was contacted and we were able to get more information. The employees I worked with were very kind and helpful.

Pleased to have my dad at Sunrise

My father has been at Sunrise for two and one half months. I visit him five or six times a week. His main caregiver is fantastic! My father is improving after a hip replacement. He has made friends with the people he eats with.

I would recommend Sunrise Sr Living. Friendly staff and clean facilities.

Overall the staff was very good. They could improve on their response time when the residents press their button calling for help. I think they are regularly short on staff

I rate all of these factors a 5. I'm very pleased with everything about Sunrise. Many regular activities for residents, including outings to restaurants, sightseeing, and to special holiday events for residents who are mobile. Fresh quality food. The staff are very friendly and fun-loving, and treat my husband with care and respect.

I enjoyed the tour. It seems like a very nice place, and our guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. Residents seemed happy, the place was well kept, and it smelled nice. This is a top-contender for a place for my parents.
