Overall, my mother is very happy. Housekeeping, the dining room team and maintenance are all very helpful and professional. I've had a couple conversations with the billing department and have found the accounting to not live up to the cost we pay for the apartment. Very confusing and if my mother were handling her invoices, she'd never understand it. I was disappointed that cable TV and landline phone is not included in the $[removed] a day cost.

My biggest issue is my loved one's confusion. She gets real nasty with me, and it hurts, but I have to remind myself she doesn't mean what she says. She forgets to push her button for help. As a result, she has had several falls. This isn't a reflection of the facility's care. I wish they would put her on a toileting schedule. She's frequently incontinent, and if they checked on her regularly, she may have fewer episodes. The place is clean, and they keep her room clean and make her bed daily. She hasn't particip…

PositiveI visited twice, first to check it out myself, second time I took mom and my daughter. Both visits were very nice. Options were covered and we toured the different types of accommodations. They provided us with a wonderful lunch, where my mom could meet and talk freely with other residents. I expected resistence from mom. I was pleasantly surprised when she said she deserved this and was ready to leave her home and move in. After touring, discussing needs, options and levels of care, mom chose the 1 bedroom suite…

They have been wonderful for my mother. They are attentive, kind, well staffed. People are nice. She is happy - I'd like to move in with her. There are some complaints on food and wanting more showers. But overall the staff are great.

I would say 5 for the building. A 5 for the cleaners and servers. A 3 for the upper management. We have had a hard time having them call back when we ask questions. A 5 for the head of maintenance and his crew. Very helpful.
