A Place for Mom was extremely helpful in setting up visits to three highly rated assisted living homes. Sunrise Senior Living of Yorba Linda was the cleanest, friendliest, and most homey facility. We definitely appreciated the assistance we received.

A beautiful home away from home

Some of the caretakers that have assisted my mom have gone over and above, giving her kindness while they're on shift the number one caregiver is [name removed] she is an amazing caregiver!!!!!!!Some of the other individuals, truly pour their hearts into their residence and my mom, so appreciates the love and kindness from them. The quality of the food is good, but it's the variety of the food. I pay extra because my mom after having her stroke is very very limited to the use of the right side of her body) otherwis…

Outstanding!

Sunrise of Yorba Linda is a wonderful environment for my mother. She is 100 years old and has lived in her own home until now. The staff at Sunrise has done an outstanding job of helping Mom with the transition to assisted living. Everyone there is cheerful and helpful. My mom is always greeted by name and with an inclusive attitude. The residents seem friendly and happy, too. Mom enjoys the meals, the freedom to move about both inside and out, and I am confident she is well cared for at Sunrise. I would not hesita…

Happy Grammy

My mother who did not want to be there at all loves it. They have activities that keep her busy. The staff is very friendly. She feels very at home here. She had been there a year now and she actually said the other day that she loves it. Which is a huge blessing for our family

Positive experience overall, most of times short staffing is an issue. Staff try to do their best, wait time sometimes is long after calling for help. Meals order and serving times are not consistent, probably because of staffing. Meal request due to food allergies on orders sometimes not respected.
