my husbands room never got mopped. I also had problems with his wash day being carried out. I washed his clothing. I'm talking linens. I highly recommend SCR.

PositiveI loved the Ranch! I certainly would rate 5. It was definitely the home like feeling. The residents were together during the day. The kitchen, dining and living room gave the feeling of a big home with friends. The rooms are lovely and spacious for family members to visit and even stay awhile. Another plus was coed residents. My husband enjoyed the men there. The ladies who work there give loving care to the residents. It smells nice and the food is really good. My BIGGEST LOVE would be home setting and mingling wi…

PositiveEveryone at Sycamore Creek Ranch is wonderful! The staff are all professional, caring, attentive, available personable and they take great care of their patients.

PositiveThe resident caregiver ratio is great. There are only 15 residents? I think. So the staff were not overloaded with resident care responsibilities. The facility was very clean. The "Lock In Rate" is what I found very helpful the cost stays the same.
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is good, the move in process was easy. I definitely would recommend this facility to other families who are dealing with a family member with cognitive issues.

PositiveI agree with the other reviewer. Staffing has been a problem. Staff seem overworked. There are a lot of staff changes. Recently, the person who does the cleaning has been out ill. Things are still clean, but it’s added to the workload. My loved one is often wearing other resident’s clothes as laundry gets mixed up. On the good side, my loved one has made friends, is clean and groomed. We like the staff and the homey environment.
