My rating for Sycamore Hills by the Bay is solid 5. Since I have moved in I am very pleased with my choice: building inside and outside property are kept well and clean. Manager, [name removed] is very nice and helpful, so is the rest of the staff. There is a lot of options for walking, which is important to me. Most of the basic errands are doable within walking distance. Car is needed for exploring further area. However, there is an option to use busses to get to towns close by and to San Francisco. Review for Sycamore Hills By the Bay

Many special people there. I chose it for me it was close to my work at the time and [name removed] is a nice town. The manager [name removed]is excellent and the maintenance people are very responsive when/if you need them.

A Nice Community

On activities, there are activities available, but my mother has chosen not to engage. That could change, but I can't speak to the quality of the activities. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

I toured a one bedroom apartment at Sycamore Hills. The complex was clean and quiet. The apartment was nice; however, it had very limited storage which included a small closet in the bedroom, a very small coat closet and no linen closet. For me, downsizing from my 3 B/R 2 1/2 B would be a challenge. But then, that's my goal, to lead a less complex life!

not enough parking.

The only improvement that I can think of that needs to be made at Sycamore Hills By the Bay is there is not enough parking. That is my only complaint about this facility. Everyone is very nice, the facility is really clean. I am really happy with my experience here so far.

The rooms here were nice, but I didn't like the closets. They were just a thin sliding door kind, and the place I chose had deep walk in closets that were great for storage. Otherwise it was a nice place.
