PositiveOur experience here has been positive so far. It's a newer facility, so things are modern and pretty new. Housekeeping and laundry services seem to be good. Maintenance is quick to complete repairs as needed. The staff is friendly. They're great about decorating for and celebrating holidays. Communication with the family is pretty good. They've reached out to me by email and have been quick to respond when I've text them about things. Mom's previous facility closed and we had to move her to a new place, we were wor…

CriticalThe owner is desperate for people so she takes everyone in need even if it’s beyond what they can care for. The staff is very nice but the residents don’t receive the quality of life that is promised. They barely have activities and no trips outside of the facility. The owner is very loud and doesn’t have residents best interest in mind.

PositiveI didn't get the feel of what they actually offered from the website. It wasn't until I had a chance to speak with the owners, meet the staff, and experience all amenities offered that I felt overwhelmed with comfort and serenity. I appreciate the care and attention Symphony of Wimberley gives to not only their residents but the community as well. Thank you Symphony for all you do and for creating a place where all these amazing hearts call home.

The caregivers were so nice and great with her. They did let us leave her things here after she passed and they were able to get people to pick it up and donate it and we did really appreciate that.

Our biggest issues really are with the limitations set by the state, that you can't come in to visit even though you've gotten your vaccine. But that has nothing to do with them - that's the state, and they're just following regulations. The food is fabulous. She loves it and has gained a little bit of weight. They're charging what everyone else is charging. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to put t…
