My father has lived since 2022 and absolutely loves it. The staff and mgmt team here over and beyond for the residents and I appreciate them so much. Great Staff

My mom has lived here for 6 years. Although the building is dated and has had several management changes but the staff has been consistently stable and amazing. Staff is welcoming. Its super convenient for the activities to be listed in an app. Management do a great job communicating with families in the app also. I love that communication with residents also offers choices. Room to Improve

They need to provide more engaging activities. The activities director needs to share a monthly activity schedule (not just daily), even a weekly schedule would help families. Rooms are good size. Memory Care needs to clean floors in rooms better when there is a poop accident. I have found poop smears on the floor. I am sure this was after a major mess, but if I can see it they should be able to see it and remove it. Some staff is really sweet but others are bossy, defensive and really need to have more training…

I visited the community with my husband who is an entertainer. I witnessed a well run community with joyful residents.

Staff very caring

Each time I visit I find staff helpful and engaging - front desk is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful to me as a chaplain providing services- Residents are typically engaged with activities etc Memory care unit well managed

A mixed bag

A lot of employee turnover. Some med techs are great but some are unreliable. The residents are nice, but a lot of turnover. There are daily routines to keep them engaged. The meals and their preparers are substandard. Portion sizes vary widely to plate, and a lot of the food... mushy vegetables and highly processed meat products. The building is beautiful inside and the front staff are very engaging.
