Concerned family

My family member resides here, and while the community has great dining and waitstaff, [name removed] is an amazing Activity director, always having great events and many different activities. The front office manager always so welcoming and attentive, she always has an answer to our questions as well as the Sales Manager [name removed], very professional and friendly. I will say the reason for me giving a 3 is the weekly inconsistent housekeeping, laundry always in a dispute with the care staff saying this is not …

Caring Community

My father moved here in late July. It is so fulfilling to see him happy, healthy and thriving. The staff is wonderful and caring. Thank you Novellus Stockton for the professionalism and the caring staff!

I personally have not been there yet, but will be visiting on the 19th. But when I've had questions or needed assistance, I've received prompt replies from Shanel. Most importantly I'm basing my rating on my father...he's happy and that's what matters!

I HAVE LIVED HERE 2 YEARS, AND I LOVE THIS PLACE, IT IS ALL LOVE AND FRIENDSHIP AND TRUST, EXCELLENT STAFF! ALWAYS HELPFUL AND POSITIVE! Activities happy hour and music bingo [name removed] is great, Caregivers are so nice, [name removed] always helping, [name removed] is great!

Warm home like joyful environment

My sister moved in a couple of years ago, and I have to say the staff is just great, they go above and beyond to help, As we walk into the facility we are greeted with a smile making us feel welcomed and at home.
