The entire staff is wonderful and truly caring. My mom loves the food and enjoys having a doctor on staff who is attentive to her needs. Her room is the perfect size, with a queen bed, a comfortable lounge chair, a TV, a dresser, and a nice walk-in shower. The facility also has a lovely outdoor area where residents can sit and enjoy the fresh air or take a short walk. The community was very clean and organized and inviting. The staff members are wonderful and loving people, and I could see the love and dedication they have for caring for the elderly. I like the cleanliness of the facility. They could improve on keeping up better with the residents belongings. My husband was missing clothes & his cell phone. Although his diagnosis deals with memory loss, I felt the workers should help better with keeping track of those things. Definitely an overall 3 for experience.
