One of two elevators frequently out of service for days to months, which significantly delays movement of mobility-impaired residents between residential and social floors. Also, because caregivers have to climb stairs or wait for the one elevator, responsiveness to residents' needs is negatively effected. I've had to clean my mom's toilet a few times. They lock up their toiletries which I think is weird. I find that the staff sits down and watches tv a lot. They have made mistakes on my invoice and it's hard to get anyone to call me back about it. She pays $[removed]for a 10 x 10 room.
