Villa at Terracina Grand Memory Care

The Villa had many wonderful loving caregivers; my husband was well taken care of, except when he wasn't. The facility is physically beautiful but there are bug and cockroach issues that exceed the normal expectations for living in Florida. There was massive turnover with three different nursing directors in the nine months we were there. Weekend coverage is sparse. Communication was non existent unless there was a fall or a crisis. View of a Food Snob

My experience with the community has been good overall. The community is clean. The staff are helpful and caring. Everyone is friendly. The biggest concern I have experienced is the food-it is ordinary with no snack bar, and there are limited eating hours which make it difficult for the residents that don't want to eat during those hours.

Terracina Grand Review

5 stars for all questions. Caviat on #5 (Food). I was unimpressed with the restaurant but my mom put on 10 lbs. in 6 weeks so they're doing something right. My mom loves them. I've only had 3 days of interaction with Terracina Grand, but the staff seems very caring and my mom is content and optimistic. I credit Terracina helping her with peace of mind.

Would Recommend

They have a lot of activities, and the people are very friendly. The medical / nursing staff stay on top of everything. Sometimes she doesn't care for the food, but that comes down to personal preference. The unit is suitable for her, and she's as independent as she can be. They do a good job helping when needed but allowing her to remain independent where she can be.
