About Terravita Terravita by Del Webb is an active lifestyle community located in Scottsdale, Arizona. This community caters to both socially minded and physically active residents looking for low-maintenance living. With indoor and outdoor amenities and two clubhouses, Terravita is an ideal community with single-family homes in the Scottsdale area. Terravita Amenities With the purchase of a home, all residents become social members of the Terravita Country Club. Also with an additional golf membership, residents have full use of the private 18-hole championship golf course. The 34,000 square-foot Terravita Country Club boasts five different dining options ranging from casual fare at The Grille to fine dining at the Sunset Dining Room. Here, the beautiful fitness facility boasts state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, as well as an aerobics and spinning studio. Also included with a Terravita Country Club membership is access to many outdoor amenities including over six miles of scenic walking and biking trails.
