PositiveThe Abbey at Westminster Plaza is a beautiful, well-designed, well-maintained facility. Its wide hallway with unobtrusive handrails, several dining areas, activity rooms, swimming pool and exercise rooms are accessible easily. Both staff and residents are friendly. There are various sizes of spacious independent living apartments. The Abbey at Westminster Plaza is ideal for independent living with assisted living and memory care available onsite as well.

The Abbey takes their business seriously, and it shows in how helpful and caring the staff is. From the first point of contact through move-in and settling in, everyone is extremely supportive. The Independent Living community is very clean - extremely clean. It's a four-story apartment building with a courtyard in the middle, and residents seem very happy. When you are searching for an assisted living or memory care location for your loved one, trust me NOT ALL are the same and sadly many will promise things they cannot and do not deliver! We are so lucky to have found The Abbey at Westminster Place. While some may say it is too pricy or only consider price when looking that the care is all the same. It has been great! Everybody has been helpful and kind and accommodating. My mother has made friends and is getting out and doing things which she didn't do before. The caregivers are conscientious and responsive, and they check on her quite frequently. My mother is very happy so I am too! The transition has been very smooth. and the Abbey seems very well managed.

We moved here 3 months ago to be near our daughter since my husband was experiencing dementia and I knew we would need more care at some point. My daughter actually found this facility. I insisted on a balcony so I love my apartment . It is a beautiful place and we feel so welcome here. The food is unbelievably great and an extensive menu. The staff is awesome.
