The property overall is very nice. Couldn't ask for a better staff. They’re awesome! Cleanliness is fine. The rooms are great. The bathroom in her room is real nice. Cannot say anything about the activities because I don't have any experience. The only weak area is their resident portal. It hasn't worked since her arrival the 1st week of June. You do know the property recently changed hands. They now go by The Addison.

I would give the facility a 5+ on each. Activities, cleanliness, again the friendliness of the staff. If you aren't in the dining hall for either breakfast, lunch or dinner they check on you to make sure you are doing OK.

Compared to other facilities, my mother has been in up to this point I give everything a five except for the food and the outside sitting area that is available to them. It's very loud out there next to the AC equipment and there's only two chairs.

What stood out in our experience was the friendliness of the staff. We were all family by the time my mother moved from assisted living to memory care and then passed away. It gave me so much comfort to know they were there when I couldn't be there. On the day mom passed it was like having family there with us to mourn Mom's loss.
