PositiveThe staff have been amazing with caring for dad. This disease is difficult and they are there every step of the way holding his hand when I can’t be. Management has been helpful and responsive when needed, and the front desk girl is so sweet.

CriticalFood is the samething all time, did without kitchen staff for months were cold sandwiches and chips were served for dinner. Staff doesn't do laundry and then bring it back. Most of moms cloths never showed back up. Was told it was because she gained weight and they didn't fit, although she list weight. She hasn't had her hair washed in over a week, nails dirty, dehydrated, and a swollen foot that she is complaining hurts. They lost her glasses there and then say "well she needs to go to the eye Dr. anyways." Too…

CriticalVery troubling experience during my grandmothers last days. They actively and consistently discouraged us from showing any emotion. Limited activities. The leadership/admin staff did not provide the environment that they portrayed. I’m the final days they limited access visits to comfort our grandmother to only when admin staff are available but are consistently under staffed. PositiveI would recommend this community for your loved one. The staff are great and easy to talk to and get acquainted with. If someone has more funds I may recommend looking around but for the cost and what we get here it is a great community.
