★★★★★
PositiveThe staff has been very nice to my mom. It's clean. Activities are ok. I'm sure they'd be even better if my mom didn't have dementia. So far we are very happy and I would recommend them.
★★★★★
PositiveThe facility of itself is beautiful, but the section for memory care is secluded and you don’t get all the benefits of the rest of the building very expensive $[removed] a month to start and if they get worse, the price goes up
★★★★★
Positive[name removed] did a remarkable job of taking me through the whole process from start to end. Facility tour was impressive. Well maintained and clean. Lots of activities for residents. Had a chance to interact with a few which brought a smile to their faces. Right now it would be my top choice if the $$$Costs weren't so high I might have said yes.
★★★★★
PositiveI ended up having to hire an outside service as my friend's needs were greater than expected. The staff bickered so much with my sitter service and caused me more stress that I moved her to another facility. If you don't need much "assisted" living, the facility is really good.
★★★★★
PositiveAll categories are a "5" rating. Our experience was great. My interactions and guidance from "A Place for Mom" was valuable and exceptional, as well. Haven't seen your ads on TV lately. I hope that's because the word has traveled and you are helping lots of people. Your services are very much needed.
★★★★★
CriticalThe staff was friendly, they were in a state of literally changing the entire staff when dad arrived. The food was always good and plenty of it... The activities were lacking in the beginning but improved over time with the new staff. Cleanliness is always a challenge I think, but we felt as if there was never enough staff to adequately handle the needs. There was a true heartfelt care from most of the caregivers and staff, they were just overwhelmed by the amount of work and lack of enough help I think.
