Review for The Auberge at Vintage Lake

I like how easily y'all found places for me to look at. One way to improve would be to have those places let you know about temporary situations though. One of the places didn't have a van cause it was "on order" but wasn't expected for months. I would recommend to others.

They really seem to care about the residents and want to have family members involved.

The people were wonderful. I like that they have employees that have been there for years and others for decades. I like that they are a melting pot of people from all walks of like. I also like that they are an established facility with so many in house services, including a dentist that visits monthly. It's a single, lump sum cost for all residents regardless of how often they need laundry, whether they need assistance with eating, etc. we were very pleased with this facility and are trying to arrange for my aunt

Friendly staff

I would rate my overall experience 4 stars out of 5. It would have been 5 out of 5 but they just raised their prices by $[removed]k a month. I feel like it's very well run and the staff are knowledgeable. They know my grandmother well and treat her kindly. She likes it there and feels comfortable. I wish it was more affordable.

Beautiful

I came to visit my Aunt who lives here and this place was beautiful! Unlike any memory care I have ever visited! It had a theater, beauty shop and gym! It is bright and cheerful. One thing I noticed was the residents seemed happy! And it smelled nice all around the building! I would definitely recommend this community!
