I am giving this input to the best of my knowledge based on feedback I've heard from my parents. I think the location is great, my parents have met a lot of friendly and interesting people. The staff is great. I know the place was still recovering from its pandemic protocols when they moved in last year. Fortunately, the activities and dining services are getting back to where they were before. One of the things my parents liked was the size and the regular kitchen which gives it a true apartment feel. They wante…

CriticalThey lied to us saying they work with people who are hesitant in moving to a senior living. They can accommodate different levels of care. [name removed]the executive nurse needs to go back to school for bedside manners. She was over 1/2 hour late to our appointment and took 15 minutes to access the situation. Who does if you really care about people and their needs. I would not recommend this place unless you have money because they only care about wealthily people. They are snobs
