We really liked the secure grounds. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and asked in-depth important questions. The residents seemed engaged with their activities.

The staff are Amazing! Very knowledgeable, caring, personable, quick to respond and follow through when issues arise. It all worked out in the end

Overall, things have been okay, though there were 3 serious snafus when she first moved in, and I was questioning whether I made the right decision. That said, the issues seem to have been resolved. Also, the rooms are small, especially the doubles, and tend to be dark. The place I looked at in Ferndale, had bigger rooms and was less expensive, but would have meant an hour drive round trip at least once per week which was the biggest reason I stayed with Bellingham at Orchard.

5's across the board. What we like the most about the community is that the staff are wonderful, they are so kind and patient. And the facility feels warm and welcoming, they do a great job keeping it clean and having activities going on daily.

I had a positive experience visiting The Bellingham at Orchard. I was searching for a facility for a family member for short term respite care seeking memory care and this facility was one of the memory care places I checked out. I had a great tour with facility manager. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and my questions and concerns were readily answered.
