The Bluffs had a serious lack of communication. My mom was hospitalized and we never got informed. They didn't take note of her condition until it was critical. Their staff seems to have a lack of training. We moved her out and placed her in another facility after that incident.

Staff- They need better communication and a log of who has called, come by, or asked for a particular manager. I've waited for scheduled appointments, gotten callbacks where the person doesn't identify themselves or that they work for The Bluffs, and had directors and assistant directors fail to show up when repeatedly paged. Activities I'm sure are great, but my mom doesn't have the ability to participate in them, so can't really rate them. The dining is good. The food is good and the dining staff are very accom…

PositiveHad an enjoyable experience. We were there for four hours which for my mom was a little long but we ate lunch there and the food was good and we enjoyed seeing other residents. The sales associate was very personable and was very attentive to my mom. Which I really appreciated.
