Aside from providing care and assistance to our residents, our assisted living community is designed to keep you connected to the people and things you value most. Our family was looking for a place in Massachusetts to place our aunt. She had lived alone for 40 years and was starting to have issues where she needed some extra help. She finally decided that it would be best to move back up here to Massachusetts to be closer to family. this was a very hard decision for her. We went to three other local facilities before coming to the branches. Once we walked in the staff was outstanding. they all had great, big smiles. you could tell that they were all very happy to work there…

PositiveCaring care.
The staff was fantastic with my mother. From the time she got there to the time of her passing. Staff individually knew her and cared for her well. She always looked presentable. When she passed caregivers, stopped us in the hall. And said something kind about her... Which really let us know that they truly knew her. Staff knows my dad very well. The only complaint my dad has is, he doesn't quite enjoy the food.

PositiveWould recommend
Our experience with Branches overall has been very positive. This is largely because the people who work there genuinely care about the residents. Every time I visit my Mom, I feel very good about the choice to go to Branches. Moving has been a big adjustment for my Mom. She lived in the same house for nearly 70 years. Also the stress of my Dad passing has influenced how she asks for / does not ask for help at Branches
