PositiveEveryone seems to care about the residents and care staff in particular is receptive to our concerns and the individuals. Don't serve chicken or other meats on the bone to people who can't remember how to cut it. Chicken breast should have gravy or it's too dry. Milk should be an option with dinner.

PositiveI would recommend Bristal. Good staff to resident ratio most days. Security is excellent, with cameras, ankle bracelets and locking suite doors.

PositiveThey have a lot of patience with the residents, they clean the units every day and make sure everyone is fed and paid attention to. The medical staff is prompt and caring, calling immediately with updates.
