PositiveThe staff was always professional & considerate. Even though my mother did not partake in all the activities provided, she enjoyed the ones she participated in. The variety of food was always delicious. The facility was always clean & housekeeping in the generous rooms/apartments was provided. All in all, it was an excellent experience for my mother to be at The Brooks of Cibolo.

PositiveMy parents have lived there since January. It feels like an apartment complex instead of a nursing home. We like that it has independent living, assisted living, and memory care in the same complex. Wonderful, kind staff. Residents also seem happy to be there. Smiling, say hello, etc.
★★★★★
PositiveOnly eaten there once - was OK, & mom hasn't complained, just started engaging - still TBD, 5. I'll be visiting mom tomorrow afternoon, hoping to get her down to 'Wine Wednesday. We would recommend The Brooks community to other families.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have friendly and helpful staff. The food is good. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a community. Staff is very helpful or cheerful. If we have a problem they jump right back on, I.e. my TV stopped, I called the front desk, and they had someone up here in my room in ten minutes.
★★★★★
PositiveSmall community that had the same amenities as the larger facilities. , I would highly recommend
