I’m the daughter of residents at The Cambridge at Brier Creek, and I’m deeply concerned about what is happening. Many longtime residents are being asked to renew leases with rent increases of 12%, 15%, 17% and more for [Date Removed]. These are not small adjustments but part of a plan to raise rents to “market value” over the next few years. My parents and others moved here believing this would be a stable, long-term home. They planned their retirements around affordable rents with reasonable annual increases. Now…

The admin staff are fantastic. The overall experience was great. Super clean and roomy facility. Great location and close to stores. Even though my mom did not take advantage of many of the "activities" the team there and the residents were very kind and always checking on my mom. The food was also very good.

Overall experience would be a 5. The staff is excellent and so very helpful. The food is excellent with a great variety. The availability of events are great and with the fitness gym and pool are also an added plus. We are very happy with the living conditions and have been here one month and can not praise this place enough.
