We offer a continuum of care under one roof, including independent living, assisted living and memory care services. We also offer respite services, so whether you need help hourly or for extended periods, the team at Union Ranch are here to help. Conveniently located, our community is placed in a peaceful setting with quick and easy access to Manteca’s shopping, dining and entertainment attractions. Within our campus, residents will find many of our resort inspired amenities complement our exciting calendar of events nicely. At Union Ranch we strive to provide more than a place to live, but a place to thrive. Community amenities & services As part of our mission to boost independence, we’ve implemented a unique, stimulating model of care called the MBK Mind+Body wellness program. Each element of the program utilizes research backed methods that not only focus on health and wellness from a holistic perspective, but create an exciting and fulfilling lifestyle. Our Director of Activities receives continuous education in the realm of activities for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, and our activities calendar has a balanced mix of events for all levels of care. Residents can enjoy an afternoon of painting, engage in brain games, or join friends and neighbors for happy hour all without leaving their secure, familiar environment. Friendly and attentive, our caregiving team takes their time developing strong relationships with residents to best serve their needs on an individual level. Our dedicated team is available 24/7 to assist residents with non-medical care needs, and have received specialized memory care training to best serve residents as their needs progress. Ambulatory care, medication management, and incontinence care are amongst the vast services we provide. For residents in need of more focused medical care, our management team schedules routine visits with local specialized health care professionals. And should you ever need it, hospice is available on-site. You can rest easy knowing your loved one’s health and wellness is in caring, capable hands. We provide delicious, nutritionally balanced meals that are served in our family style open kitchen during typical meal times. This means no more meal prep and dirty dishes, and more time spent enjoying your meals and socializing with friends and neighbors. Our seasonal menus include specific options for various dietary needs and preferences, as well as anytime items, so you no longer have to worry about planning your day around mealtimes. As your needs evolve, our team of caring associates are available to assist residents during mealtimes to help maintain their independence. Concierge, laundry and housekeeping services are available as well. Without the stresses of maintaining a home, residents can spend more time doing the things that bring them joy. Living arrangements We offer several stylish studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 339 to 885 square feet. All apartments include basic cable television and individually controlled heating and air conditioning, and are incredibly bright and airy. Assisted living apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, and select units have a private patio space. Memory care residents have the choice of a Jack and Jill style, semi-private studio or an entirely private studio. Whichever floor plan you choose, we have no doubt you’ll settle in nicely at The Commons at Union Ranch.
