Review for The Cortland Holland Meadows

The staff were great. My only concern was that there weren't enough of them. As my husband's condition worsened and he needed assistance with all daily activities the ratio of staff to resident concerned me. New management does appear aware of the problem and addressing it. The security system in and out of the memory care unit is an annoyance and requires pulling caregivers away from their duties to open the door with visitors often waiting 5 to 10 mins. I highly recommend Vista Springs Holland Meadows! We appreciate the warm and caring staff, the beautiful and clean building, the comfortable rooms with high ceilings and large windows that offer much natural light and beautiful views and the loving environment and good food. It is a wonderful place!!

My mother is doing very well since her move into Vista Springs. The staff there are working with us to get all of her medications straightened out. The place is very clean and maintained well. She, of course, does not want to be there but we know it is the best thing for her. The food is great, I always check her menu to see what they are having. It is the only place that we found allows her dog as well which is great!

Mom's Care

I like knowing that my mom is doing well here. The staff is caring and attentive to her needs. The community is clean and has a nice home feeling. We like the variety of meals that are offered. She is offered to participate in the list of actives.We feel that is getting good care and a good value.
