CriticalMy brother is not at all happy at [removed] (Cottages of Mason). He would give it a 2 at best. There are very few activities going on. Food quality is not consistent. Also medication distribution is not consistent. It can take many days for the Pharmacy to fill a new prescription

He passed away in [date removed] and we received no call , nothing from the head of the staff to give us any type of sympathy. We were very unhappy and disappointed at this service!!
