Everything is good! 5 on each. I went to school at Ga College and when I got married, I lived there for 5 years! I love Milledgeville.

The facility seems to be understaffed and cannot provide a consistent level of service. The personnel are not managed to ensure good performance. My mother consistently complains that the menu is the same with little to no variation. My mother states that the activities a juvenile. The Cottages are overpriced for the service and quality of care received.

We are very happy at the Cottages. My mother is now completely blind now. The staff is very attentive and takes wonderful care of her. She can walk and take care of her personal needs but she needs help with choosing clothes and guiding her walk to meals and activities. They help her by gathering needs for morning and bedtime routines. They accommodate her food requests and let her know what food is where on her plate. It is the perfect place for her. The Cottages are nice and a good size. However, not updated. More like living in the 80's nothing modern and the cheapest things that can put in. You pay for everything extra you would like to have such as privacy fence, storm door and a few more things. They have no amenities. Such as a club house, pool, exercise room, side walks. She likes everything about the Cottages, except the meals. I thought the meals look pretty good myself! The facility is nice and the staff and residents are friendly! Renee does a great job with activities and she seems to enjoy what she does.
