PositiveWonderful Staff Lovely Facility
Please keep in mind that this review is based on my experience as a caregiver. The staff are exceptionally kind and do their best to be accommodating. There are a variety of activities that seem to be well attended, and the live music on Fridays appears to be a favorite among the residents. The facility itself is spotless and very well maintained. The only area where I've been disappointed is the apartment cleaning service, which is provided every other week. In my experience, the cleaning has not always been tho…

The staff at the Enclave was very courteous accommodating us when my mother passed and we needed to move out and vacate her apartment. The move out process was verbally explained to us, but was never backed up by documentation. Further, after we finished moving out and upon turning in the keys to the staff were never given written notification to the fact (receipt) very unsettling. Lastly, we were told of a partial refund of money that would be paid back to us from a partial month used but have never been provided …
