★★★★★
Positive[name removed], the director, is attentive and caring. His own mother stays there. Mother-in-law is happy there and enjoys socializing. She has no complaints. We had trouble coordinating health care visits (Sutter in home health care is insufficient) and their coordinator organized another service for us which is wonderful (Angel Care) The meals offer a lot of variety, the activities coordinator gives them fun and useful crafts and projects. There are plenty of outings and holiday themed events where family are i…

PositiveRating is different depending on department, food 3, so processed and frozen, probably happens at all facilities , staff in dining is a 4,activities 4, they definitely need more physical activity especially In Memory care even if it's taking them out for a walk in small groups. Rooms 5 newer facility nicer rooms. All said they treat my mother excellent so far. PositiveThis is the most wonderful place I looked at. Meals are fresh farm to plate, reception staff always know where my person is, great activities, so clean and staff actually seems so caring, it is family owned.
★★★★★
PositiveI'd recommend it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Since the Farmstead is the first and only place that we have experienced renting from, I'd say we're all happy with them but we have no way of knowing how it compares to others
★★★★★
CriticalFacility is nice and brand new and others always comment on it when they come through here. For the most part the staff is nice they have some good caregivers and some bad caregivers. The training leads a lot to be desired for them. The present executive director seems to be rather approachable. I've gone to him with a lot of concerns and he does his best I think to take care of them.
★★★★★
PositiveThey genuinely care about their residents. What stuck out was {name removed]care coordinator - I followed her from [community removed]
