CriticalVery understaffed; billing needs improvement
I put my mom there for about a month and change and brought her home as quickly as I could manage it. I knew the cost was a nit high but it was convenient to my home and I could visit her daily. I soon realized how understaffed they are. Levels of care I was paying for were not being met. A lot of hidden fees. They could never really figure out what my bill was when I gave my 30 days. I'm still getting residual invoices months later. Id give it a 1 out of 5 but the people who were available were doing the best they…
