My mother-in-law has a two bedroom apartment there always very clean. Laundry is done. Food is pretty good. I think it could be catered more to elderly people. The staff is extremely well mannered very helpful and very polite. I am very pleased with The Gables. We do just popping in every now and then to see if everything's clean and it is always clean and always greeted professionally

The Gables is a beautiful facility inside and out. The first impression is a good one. The building is very attractive and the landscaping is well kept and colorful with seasonal flowers. The cleaning staff does an excellent job of keeping the facility clean. However, the dining room and meals are a catastrophe. For the last few months, The Gables has been without a chef. My understanding is there a new chef coming directly from training in two weeks. There is not a consistent group of trained servers and it is qui…
