★★★★★
PositiveThey are in memory care. Staff is fabulous, food is good. My only complaint is communication could improve and the director of the whole building is not good. Department heads are great. My parents are happy and well cared for. Care takers are amazing and love on them. Activities are good but I wish memory care got out a little more.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have a new director and a new health & wellness director. So as of 2 months ago I can say 4. Before that not so much. New community director and new health & wellness director are fabulous. We were not confident with our moms care before, but the new hires have turned it around and are fully transparent & hold themselves to a higher standard. Caretakers have always been kind and loving. Food is delicious.

PositiveI had to do a lot of adjusting to my Mom's care level and they couldn't have been any more accommodating ! Staff are great from top to bottom. Everything is new and clean. There are plenty of activities to participate in daily if one would like. I would highly recommend The Gallery to any family!
★★★★★
CriticalWe absolutely love everyone except the Medical Director. We have had a lot of issues with her incompetence. If my in-laws did not love it so much--I'd pull them. The medical director is horrible and if you loved one has care needs then you need to be on top of them. There is really poor communication and timely & correct answers. Activities are good but would like to see more options for church or bible studies, and care giver support groups.
★★★★★
PositiveWe are disappointed by additional costs after we were clearly told there would be NO additional costs. Disappointed by the demeanor of the RN on staff, she is NOT nice! Overall, The Gallery at Broomfield is great & mother loves it there

PositiveThis fabulous place The Gallery of Broomfield! This place is over a 10 star it’s the best decision we have ever made. We moved in 90 days ago, and if I had to do all over, I would do the very, very same thing. The staff here is unbelievable they become family. They are so caring, so kind so compassionate they can’t do enough for you,I don’t even have the words to tell you how wonderful each and everyone is. The dining room staff, the office staff, the housekeeping staff, the caregiver staff each and every one o…
