★★★★★
PositiveActually my favorite assisted living but the timing was not right because I couldn’t move my brother in until the [date removed], and they had an availability for July. He is already paying for assisted in another city for July. So I had to go with another assisted living.
★★★★★
PositiveI give the low score for clean due to the community bathroom rarely has paper supplies & needs to be cleaned regularly throughout the day. Health care staff could be more attentive. They are sometimes difficult to find. Someone should be attending the memory care patients at all times.
★★★★★
PositiveThe building is always incredibly clean, well organized, and maintained, and the staff here truly care about the residents. Everyone goes out of their way to be kind, patient, and respectful, which makes a huge difference in the environment every day. It’s rare to find a place where the team works so well together and genuinely wants the best for the people living here.

PositiveI found The Gallery at Port Orange exactly what I was looking for! Beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. I was impressed by the menus, the screened in outdoor areas, little touches that were nice like the breakfast station for coffee and snacks. The only drawback in comparing to what’s he is now was the rooms were a little smaller. But overall I would give it a 10 out of 10.
★★★★★
PositiveThe rooms are ample, clean & big closets, bathrooms with easy entry shower. Bus trips for memory care patients & activities to help entertain them. Staff is attentive dressing, bathing, washing & drying hair & doing nails. Health care is monitored & if needed there is a visiting doctor. Meals are served & assistants is given to those that require help. Food is excellent. They have helped me feel comfortable about having her cared for there. My mother's mental health is rapidly declining.
★★★★★
PositiveI personally checked out at least eight different independent living places before deciding. The Gallery was the right choice for me. Modern, upscale and very clean. The staff is excellent and there to ensure the residents are happy and taken care of. The new Executive Director is excellent. He interacts with the residents on a daily basis, is very personable and outgoing, and gets things done quietly and efficiently. He is very well liked by both staff and residents. The meals are very good - better than I experie…
