PositiveThe staff genuinely cares about their residents. They were always patient and kind despite the challenges of working with memory care residents. They seemed well trained on how to deal with memory care issues. The food was OK. Because it was a memory care facility, all the activities were oriented toward people with dementia, which meant my mom, who had Alzheimer's, could participate in everything even with her cognitive and physical impairments. PositiveMy observation is that they are very good at memory care because that is all they do. Many of my mom's visitors have commented to me on how surprised they were at what a nice facility it is.
