So far our experience with The Gardens has been excellent. 5 stars! The vibe is so happy. The residents all seems to be happy and thriving. The staff are pretty great!

PositiveOur experience
The staff is great and very helpful. My dad isn't a fan of the food. He has celiacs and needs gluten free options. Those options are limited on some days. He is staying in a large studio. They are quick to add services and slow to take them away when not needed. He has been showering himself for a month and a half now but is still paying for the service. The facility is clean.

My mom was a military veteran and had always been a very healthy and independent woman until she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. When she developed complications from severe constipation after spending only 7 months in memory care at the Gardens, we were completely caught off guard when we were told that she needed to FIND CARE ELSEWHERE, IMMEDIATELY. PositiveOur family's experience of a memory care community
Very clean public areas, No bad odors. Only had noted need for better floor care in mother's room on occasion. Consistently friendly staff. My mother is treated with dignity & respect. She is kept clean & well moisturized. The fact the her skin is intact after months of being bed bound is a testament to a consistent turning schedule and effort to smooth all wrinkles from the bedding.
