If the resident needs assistance with mobility, this is not the best option but for those who need very little help with mobility or daily life activities, it is a great and welcoming environment. We picked this community because of the potential for transition to PACE and the size of the apartments.

The community had made promises and we haven't seen a lot of delivery of these promises. There is one staff member who responds immediately to the family's questions via text or calls and will even give us suggestions. Then other staff that won't respond to the family to assist us or our loved one with questions or concerns.

ViewPointe is a clean, comfortable and elegant place. The dining and common areas look inviting and spacious. The staff is accommodating and attentive to the residents and the visitors. They have regular meetings with the residents, giving them a chance to voice any questions or concerns.
