About The Gathering Place

At Jubilee House on Warfield, residents enjoy an active, engaging lifestyle that promotes wellness and independence. It is our goal to keep our residents linked to resources and opportunities that will fulfill their needs and interests in the Clarksville area. Residents have many opportunities to participate in a variety of life enriching activities and events designed to stimulate the mind, body and soul. From cocktail-hour gatherings where you can learn about the nuances of a good Pinot Noir, to a discussion of the latest best seller in our Life-Long Learning series, to exploring new ways to stay healthy in a fitness class...expect the unexpected. Assisted Living is truly authentic at Jubilee House on Warfield. We believe that Assisted Living is to be delivered in a dignified manner where privacy and choice are celebrated and practiced. Care delivery is done in your apartment home and may include personal hygiene, assistance with medication management, dressing, reminders and other care needs or preferences. Our Life Enrichment coordinator will create opportunities for personal enjoyment but will also encourage your abilities and interests to thrive. Our Chef will create an atmosphere that allows culinary arts to be enjoyed in a true restaurant setting with fabulous menus with daily specials and our local every day menus, in a variety of venues. Assisted Living at Jubilee House on Warfield is done your way. Exceptional service delivery is our mission. Our talented team of dedicated and caring staff are there when you need them. Would NOT recommend

Administration lies, can not be trusted. Does not provide assisted living anymore, only independent care. Gave just 28 day notice for change over. Took forever to get any questions answered, never, never returned calls even before notice came out, about any subject. Relied on receptionist to get answers. Nurse does NOT give meds directly to resident for their nighttime pills, leaves it on the night table. Offered outings, did not comply. Can not comply with food preferences

They say they can accommodate any diet, but it's a big struggle. Activity, aides, waitresses, cleaning, reception, maintenance are all excellent and caring!

Critical

Our families experience

Complaint: NO communication. Have a hard time talking to any managers & no one else can answer my questions/concerns. We would not recommend this community to other families until the communication improves. Mom is at a level one, so I'm not worried now. But if she gets worse, I will have to take time off work to run somebody down. I have peace of mind knowing Mom is being taken care of & she is safe. However, management needs to improve their communication with family.

Definitely Recommend

The Jubliee was a far better place than the Nursing Home we came from. The Nursing Home was only interested in money and how they could make sure we stayed with them. They let him fall several times and did not report immediately to me. I believe they wanted him hurt so there was no choice for us but to leave him with them. My only concern about the Jubilee was not in their control I believe. They like a lot of places got short staffed and that did affect his care. I'd say one way to help with this is to be honest…

Peace of Mind.

Based on the experience we have had so far with Jubilee House, it is a very clean community, the staff members are friendly and caring and we would recommend them to others. There is always room for improvement - the maintenance man is slow to respond to needs, but he is a nice guy.

Dad loved it here

It is a good facility, only issue we had was the employee turn over. But in general it's a decent place. We picked this community because, it was new it was a beautiful environment, the facilities were well taken care of. And the people were very nice and competent.
