Poor Care at the Glenn Cottages

My mom has been @ The Glenn Cottages for a few months now. 1st her electric razor disappeared. Then PJs worth $50. Recently a $150 hooded cable knit sweater from Ireland disappeared along with a hoodie. One day magazines were spread around her chair on the floor. Fall risk. Yesterday I stopped by at 1:30 pm and she didn’t have her teeth, which meant she had 2 meals without them. She also didn’t have her hearing aides. Sometimes she has someone else's glasses on. I think they are doing a good job.

I think they are doing a good job. Any issues we are having are more with my loved one than the facility itself. Cottagewood is a great place. The staff is friendly. Another really good thing is they have rules about pets, you can bring a small dog or some cats, we were told initially that because it was overweight for the limit, but they let him bring his dog anyway, they agreed to give it a chance on a trial basis. It's hard to give an overall rating since other places we saw were a little more upscale, and fancy…
