★★★★★
PositiveThey've had a little turnover so we've noticed that, but overall they have done an excellent job making it a home and helping her acclimate. They are attentive, accommodating, and communicative. Her room is nice and the facilities are clean, lovely, and well kept. The grounds are beautiful and serene with quiet outside spaces full of greenery and flowers.
★★★★★
PositiveThe people we spoke with were very helpful and sympathetic. They gave us answers to many questions we had.
★★★★★
Positivehe place is really clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Her medication, showers and laundry are done on time and activities that are posted for the day always take place. The food is very good and they cater to her specific requests. The studio apartment is much more spacious than her previous apartment at a different facility. Overall so far we are very pleased with The Grove. I would probably have to note that It's a little more costly but worth the price for quality care and great environment.

In short while it started out to be a good situation …

CriticalThe placement service was helpful at the start of my search. I chose this community because it felt smaller, clean, and welcoming. The staff is generally kind, and there are plenty of activities. Overall, it is a good facility, though at times I feel like I have to closely oversee both my family member’s care and the facility itself. Moving from out of state came with challenges, and some assistance I was told would be available turned out to be misleading. Communication has been inconsistent, especially around med…

PositiveStaff always say hi and are very patient. They have a lot of fun activities and outings. I wish they would have a few more for legally blind residents. Dining room feels like a vacation and there are lots of choices including the ability to get 1/2 if you are not a big eater. Overall my mom has been very happy there and has made many friends.
